The Kings Bantam A American team recently took part in the Holiday Bazaar tournament at Power Play over the holidays.  After going 2-1-0 in the preliminary round robin, the team ensured their playoff birth with a brilliant 2-0 shutout by Thomas Venzie, earning second place in a three way tie for points.  In the championship game, the Kings continued their defensive excellence with Shane Towler posting a 3-0 shutout to win the gold.  Outscoring their opponents 11 to 6, the team hopes to continue their positive trend as the DVHL season continues.
