Our Exton Kings PeeWee AA team traveled to Maryland over Thanksgiving weekend to play in the 2017 Silver Sticks Eastern Regional Tournament. The team went undefeated and won the championship with a 4-0 win over the Montgomery Blue Devils.
Goalie, Dylan "Pickles" Krick, recorded 3 shutouts and the Kings scored 33 goals over 5 games to solidify their 1st place finish.
Since 1958, the International Silver Sticks Tournament has promoted citizenship and international goodwill through hockey. Winners from each of the regional tournaments are invited to play in the finals at Port Huron, Michigan on January 18-21, 2018. The PeeWee AA team is making travel plans now to join the prestigious group of US and Canadian teams at the Michigan finals.

The Kings Pee Wee AA team went 3-1 at the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League Showcase held at The Pond in Delaware on October 20-21, 2017. The highlight of the weekend was a 4-3 double overtime win against their DVHL-rival Delco Phantoms team.
The Kings shutout the Burlington Vermont Jr. Cougars 6-0 and scored 13 goals in 4 games during the weekend showcase.
The team continues their EJEPL regular season, hosting the New Jersey Titans on Saturday, October 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Power Play.
The Kings Pee Wee AA team had their first Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League showcase at Ice Works in Aston last weekend. The team went 4-0 for the weekend with 27 goals for and only 4 against with two shutouts with scores of 7-0 and 5-0. They hope to keep the momentum going as we start our DVHL regular season and our EJEPL regular season.
