Hockey people joke that 'hockey is life,' but we all know there are things bigger than the ice.  The 12U AA team started their opening weekend with a home game ended it by taking part in something more important than the game.  The boys, alongside Coach Draves and their parents, spent the afternoon packing 900 meals for the Afghan refugees through JJ Ratigan Brewing Company and Operation BBQ Relief.  The boys’ on-ice teamwork experience translated to them working together to help bring a little relief to those who needed it.
