In a goaltender's duel against the Quakers, the Kings Bantam B Black team was able to ultimately prevail by the outstanding goaltending by Connor Millard. After starting well offensively and scoring 2 goals, the team found themselves behind 4-2. With Connor's steady work in net, and the team's continued attack against a very capable Quakers goalie, the Kings won a squeaker, 5-4. Even though it would have been easy for Connor to check out, he stayed on task, saving 17 out of 21 shots. His work between the pipes help assure our win in a back and forth battle.
