Our Mission is to promote, govern and improve organized hockey; to develop a positive environment in which players and parents can have fun with hockey; to teach fundamental hockey skills, discipline, rules and strategy to our players; and model and teach competitiveness with an emphasis on respect and good sportsmanship. | The Kings will be holding Summer Training Camps for Squirts, Pee Wees and Bantams between July 15th and August 2nd. Bantams will run the week of July 15th-19th, while Squirts and Pee Wees will have two weeks to choose from either July 22th-26th or July 29th-Aug 2nd. | Scholarship Fund - Helping a child put their best skate forward | 2013-03-14 |
| The Kings Ice Hockey Scholarship Fund was created in recognition of Jane Booge, her husband Coach Jeb Booge and their family for the dedication to the Kings Ice Hockey Club. Inspiration to start the scholarship fund was drawn from Jane who recently lost her 3 year battle with cancer and was established by the 2011-2012 Bantams. This endeavor directly correlates with the Booge Family philosophy and Jane's wishes to "use the money for the boys". It is also dedicated to all families who have been affected by this disease.
There are two goals of this fund: to assist a player/family in financial need and a future goal of awarding an academic scholarship. Applications are now available for the 2013-14 Season on our website www.kingsihs.org. The deadline for submission is May 1st 2013. | Kings Successful at Ocean State Classic in Rhode Island | 2013-02-19 |
| This past weekend three Kings teams participated in the Ocean State Classic tournament in Rhode Island. All three teams played outstanding hockey and were great representatives of the Kings. The Pee Wee AA and Squirt AA teams both made it to the championship game and the Pee Wee A team went 3-1 in the preliminary round. Great job by everyone involved! | |

| The Kings Scholarship Fund will be Hosting a Fundraiser event on February 2, 2013 at 6:00 PM. Plan on having a FUN filled evening with Dinner, Dancing and Charitable casino games.
